Rae's Qigong + Yoga background: 

Rae practices various Qigong and Yoga traditions, including Wild Goose, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Five Animal Frolics, Primordial, Bone Marrow Washing, Yijing Medical Qigong, Buddhist and Qigong meditation teqhnigues, Yin Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Dao Yin (Daoist Yoga), and Iyengar Yoga, and is a student of the late Qigong master, Dr. Bingkun Hu and of Micheline Bogey. Rae's studies also include Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga and functional anatomy course, an Anusara Yoga teacher training and Butoh studies with Doranne Crable. Her/their teaching style is gentle, contemplative, fun, and therapeutic, with strong emphases on proper alignment, mind-breath-body coordination, and energy flow. Rae's approach is informed by over two decades of study of Buddhism, Taoism, Yoga, meditation, and the Chinese medicine system (5 Element & TCM), and over 15 years of professional practice of energy healing.
