Rae's Yoga background:
Rae has been a devoted student and practitioner of Yoga since 1997. Rae's teaching blends mindful attention to physical alignment and breath with graceful movements and gentle sustained holds, designed to unwind the body and mind, open the energy channels, enliven the spirit, and build vitality. She/they combine/s depth, precision, and healing intent with levity and humor. Rae's training includes a 200-hour Anusara Yoga program, Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga course, ongoing studies with Dayan Qigong master, Dr. Bingkun Hu and Micheline Bogey, and a Reiki mastership.
