Monthly Yin Yoga - 90 Minutes

Give yourself a morning to tune in. Gather up the lessons of the past month, and realign yourself for the month ahead with some brief writing practices. Then let your own wisdom open your spirit and galvanize your resolve as you unlock and strengthen your joints and deep tissues with an hour + of gentle, mindful Yin Yoga.

Rise & Shine Yoga - 1 hour

Warm your body, expand your breath, and focus your mind to give a good start to your day. This class is a gentle but strengthening and enjoyable blend of mindful Hatha Yoga and flowing Daoist Yoga (AKA Dao Yin). Get your lymph moving to support your immunity, and your joints lubricated for greater ease and comfort throughout the day. Begin your day with vitality, inspiration, and openness.

Rae's Yoga background: 

Rae has been a devoted student and practitioner of Yoga since 1997. Rae's teaching blends mindful attention to physical alignment and breath with graceful movements and gentle sustained holds, designed to unwind the body and mind, open the energy channels, enliven the spirit, and build vitality. She/they combine/s depth, precision, and healing intent with levity and humor. Rae's training includes a 200-hour Anusara Yoga program, Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga course, ongoing studies with Dayan Qigong master, Dr. Bingkun Hu and Micheline Bogey, and a Reiki mastership.
