Meridian Flow Yoga Classes - 1 hour
These classes introduce flowing and spiraling motions supported by mindful alignment, and awareness on specific acu-points into familiar Yoga poses. This combination stimulates healthy flow of energy, which supports well-being in the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Class focus shifts in alignment with the changing seasons to keep you in the flow of nature's rhythms.

Classes are live-streamed via Zoom. When you book a class, you'll receive an email with a link to join the class. Have a Yoga mat ready, a blanket if you like, and wear clothes you can move easily in. $10 - $20 sliding scale

Rae's Yoga background:
Rae has been a devoted student and practitioner of Yoga since 1997. In teaching Yoga, Rae blends mindful attention to physical alignment and breath with graceful, spiraling movements, designed to unwind the body and mind, open the spirit, and build energy. She/they combine/s depth, precision, and healing intent with levity and humor. Rae's training includes a 200-hour Anusara Yoga program, ongoing studies with Dayan Qigong master, Dr. Bingkun Hu, and a Reiki mastership. Rae's most beloved teachers of all are mindful attention in practice, and devoted observation in nature.
